Organisational Listening & Risk Response Play-Back

What it is

Under pressure, human behaviour changes. Decision-making may narrow. Challenge may reduce. Leaders may become more controlling — or more reactive. Teams may avoid hard conversations, escalate too late, or start “shooting from the hip.”

I listen across the organisation, observe how decisions are being made, and play back what I see — helping leaders understand what uncertainty is doing to their people, and what may need to shift for more thoughtful responses and sustained performance.

This is not a compliance review or a traditional culture survey.

It is a human-centred diagnostic designed to surface what is happening beneath the surface.

“Before problems show up in the metrics, they usually show up in the moments between people.”

Format: Each engagement is tailored to the size, complexity and needs of your organisation
Best for:

It is particularly valuable for:

  • CEOs and executive teams

  • Boards and Board Risk Committees

  • Organisations navigating significant change or uncertainty

  • Leaders seeking to improve decision quality and sustained performance

Leading Risk Culture™

What it is
Leading Risk Culture™ is a leadership-focused program that examines how risk culture is shaped — often unintentionally — through everyday leadership cues.

Drawing on human and evolutionary responses to threat, safety and authority, the work helps leaders understand how their presence, decisions and reactions influence others under pressure.

Who this is for
This program is designed for leaders who:

  • carry responsibility for risk outcomes, formally or informally

  • want to enable confidence and accountability without fear

  • recognise that culture is shaped more by behaviour than statements

  • are navigating complex trade-offs where there are no simple answer

“Risk culture isn’t shaped by what leaders say — it’s shaped by what feels safe to do around them.”

Format: 2–4 hour masterclass (in person or virtual)
Best for: Executive teams, business unit leaders, risk and transformation leaders

3

Everyday Risk Habits™

What it is
Everyday Risk Habits™ explores how people actually behave when uncertainty is high — and why even capable, well-intentioned teams can make decisions they later regret.

The focus is on everyday work: moments where pressure, speed, social dynamics and consequence shape behaviour in predictable human ways.

Who this is for
This is particularly useful for teams and leaders who:

  • operate in fast-moving or high-stakes environments

  • want people to speak up earlier and make clearer decisions

  • sense that “knowing the rules” isn’t the same as using good judgment

  • are curious about how small habits can shift outcomes

This session brings risk culture down to earth — where people live and work every day.

“Most risk doesn’t come from bad intent — it comes from very human behaviour under pressure.”

Format: 90-minute to half-day session (customisable)
Best for: Operational and front-line teams, project teams

If you’re sensing that risk culture is influencing decisions, pace, or outcomes in ways that aren’t fully visible yet — you’re probably right.

This is often the moment when a thoughtful conversation is most useful.

No pitch.
No diagnosis.

Just a chance to explore what you’re noticing, what it might mean, and whether piloting something small could help create clarity.

If that feels timely, get in touch.
